Frequently asked questions
Do my technicians need to install an app?
No. They open the link on their phone and sign in with the account you create for them. They can add it to their home screen like an app.
And in a plant room with no signal?
They carry on: report, photos, parts and signature are kept on the phone, then sent to the office as soon as the signal is back, in the right order.
Does the price depend on the number of technicians?
No. €20 a month for the whole company, however many accounts.
Can my technicians see prices and revenue?
No. Each account has a role: technicians see their jobs, the office sees invoicing, the administrator sees everything.
Can my customer sign the quote remotely?
Yes. They get a link by email, read the quote on their phone and accept or decline it online. You are notified at once.
Can I invoice in my own currency and in English?
Yes. Choose your currency (pound, dollar, euro, CFA franc, naira, rand…) and the language of your documents, English or French: invoices, quotes, credit notes and the emails to your customers follow.
Are the invoices compliant?
They carry continuous numbering, your company details, VAT per rate, due date and payment terms. French-specific mentions are added automatically for French companies.
When am I charged?
At the end of the free trial: 14 days on the monthly plan, 2 months on the yearly plan. Cancel before and you pay nothing. After a trial without a subscription, your data can still be viewed and exported.
